Find Out if You Qualify for the ECO Scheme & Get Connected With Expert Installation Companies
The eco4 hub (Energy Company Obligation) scheme is a government funded scheme designed to make homes more energy efficient and combat fuel poverty. Since the start of the scheme back in 2013, over 3.1 million free measures have been installed across the UK. The latest phase, ECO4, is running until 2026 and has broadened the scope of the scheme to include homes without gas and those in need of help to repair existing heating systems.
Eco4 Hub: Empowering Sustainable Living with Innovative Solutions
Anyone who lives in a privately owned home or in some cases in social housing or private rented housing with landlord permission can receive the funding to install energy efficiency improvements in their home. This includes people on low incomes as well as those receiving state benefits. The main criteria is that your home has an EPC rating of D, E, F or G or that you or someone living in the property receives a qualifying means tested benefit such as Pension Credit, Universal Credit, Income Related Jobseekers Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance, Disability Living Allowance, Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit, Housing Benefit, Income based Job Seeker Plus or Income Support.
